Technical assistance is being deployed not just across the educational framework for enhancing outcomes, effectiveness in teaching and learning, and gathering data for decision-making and review; It is also enabling superior research at various levels. Technical assistance is providing two models for researchers throughout the world today, namely co-creation and push. The models enable a better understanding of practitioners and their backgrounds, enabling a better understanding of their problems and diagnosing the same, in tandem with ensuring higher flexibility, and a priority-based approach towards research studies. It is also enabling better understanding of the abilities of co-creators alongside. 

There is higher focus with regard to usage of research evidence and findings for superior outcomes. Technical assistance is offering more resources and support to research practitioners and policymakers alike, for enhancing various practices throughout the spectrum.
